护士分层管理在妇产科护理管理中的应用

摘　　要：目的护士分层管理在妇产科护理管理中的应用。方法选择2015年8月—2016年9月于该院妇产科就诊的产妇110例,所有产妇均按照随机数表分为两组,即研究组与参考组,各组均包含55例产妇。两组产妇均需进行常规护理干预,研究组产妇在开展护理干预流程前对于所有护士进行分层管理。结果根据该次调查研究结果显示,研究组产妇的整体满意率要显著大于参考组产妇,以上组间数据对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);而在护理事件产生概率对比方面,研究组则要显著低于参考组。结论相对于一般护理流程,开展干预流程前对于所有护士进行分层管理,可有效提升整体的护理效果,保证产妇的整体护理满意率,减少护理问题,因而值得临床推广与应用。Objective To analyze the application of nurse layer management in the nursing management in the department of gynecology and obstetrics.Methods 110 cases of delivery women diagnosed in our hospital from August 2015 to September 2016 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,with 55 cases in each,both groups used the routine nursing intervention,and the research group conducted the nurse layer management before the development of nursing intervention course.Results The investigation showed that the holistic satisfactory rate in the research group was obviously higher than that in the control group,and the difference was obvious,with statistical significance(P<0.05),and the occurrence probability of nursing events in the research group was obviously lower than that in the control group.Conclusion The nurse layer management before the development of intervention course can effectively improve the holistic nursing effect,ensure the holistic nursing satisfactory rate of delivery women and reduce the nursing issues compared with the general nursing course,which is worth clinical promotion and application.
