摘　　要：目的过数字化、信息化管理创新护理工作模式,实现护理操作的规范化、文书的标准化,确保护理质量、提升工作效率,充分利用信息共享优化工作流程,建立完整的业务流程体系,实现有效的工作绩效考核,提升护理人员的有效配置。方法按照"依规、协作、多视角",即行业规范,医、护、信息开发之间的协作,患者、护理、医生、管理者多视角的方法,采用一体化架构,实现信息的贮存、护理行为及结果记录之外,还充分运用数据库、知识库让系统具备可靠的决策能力。结果护理质量患者满意度明显提升,护理工作效率比较之前提高20%。结论体化护理记录满足了护理工作和管理的需求,在一定程度上完成了科研和教学的任务,对护理质量的提升非常显著。Objective To realize the standardization of nursing operation,and normalization of papers by the digital and information management and innovation nursing work pattern thus ensuring the nursing quality,improving the work efficacy,optimizing the workflow by fully using the information sharing,establishing the complete business course system,realize the effective work performance examination and improve the effective allocation of nursing staff.Methods The individual frame was used according to the industrial norms of compliance with norms,cooperation and multiple angles,cooperation between doctors,nurses and information development,thus realizing the storage of information,and the system should be equipped with the reliable decision ability by fully using the database and knowledge base.Results The satisfactory degree of nursing quality patients was obviously improved,and the nursing work efficacy increased by 20%compared with that before.Conclusion The individual nursing records can meet the demands of nursing work and management,which can finish the scientific research and teaching tasks to a certain degree,and it can greatly improve the nursing quality.
