摘 要:目的探讨品管圈活动在提高维持性血液透析患者饮食知识调控知晓率中的应用效果。方法选取2016年3月—2017年3月在该院进行维持性血液透析患者73例作为调查对象,采用自制表格进行饮食认知调查,选出饮食知识调控知晓率低的方面、原因并实施整改方案。以2016年3—8月作为品管圈活动前,以2016年9月—2017年3月作为品管圈活动后。比较品管圈活动前后患者饮食调控知识知晓率及体重指数(BMI)、血钾(K)、血磷(P)、血红蛋白(Hb)、血清白蛋白(Alb)、干体重控制指标的变化情况,确认品管圈活动效果。结果开展品管圈活动后,维持性血液透析患者饮食调控知识知晓率从活动前67.7%%提高至活动后88.6%,患者体重指数(BMI)、血钾(K)、血磷(P)、血红蛋白(Hb)、血清白蛋白(Alb)、干体重控制指标明显改善。结论开展品管圈活动有效提高了维持性血液透析患者饮食调控知识,增强了患者饮食依从性,大大降低了由于饮食不当所导致的并发症,提高了患者的生活质量和生存时间。Objective To study the application effect of quality control circle in improving the awareness rate of dieting knowledge adjustment of patients with maintenance hemodialysis.Methods 73 cases of patients with maintenance hemodialysis in our hospital from March 2016 to March 2017 were selected and the diet cognition investigation was conducted by the self-made scale,and the reasons of low awareness rate of dieting knowledge adjustment were analyzed and the rectification plans were implemented,and awareness rate,BMI,K,P,Hb,Alb,and changes of dry weight control indicators were compared before and after implementation of the quality control circle(from March to August 2016)and(from September 2016 to March 2017),and the quality control circle effect was determined.Results After the development of quality control circle,the awareness rate of dieting adjustment knowledge increased from 67.7%to 88.6%,and the BMI,K,P,Hb,Alb,and changes of dry weight obviously changed.Conclusion The development of quality control circle can effectively improve the dieting adjustment knowledge,enhance the dieting compliance,greatly reduce the complications caused by the improper diet and improve the quality of life and survival time of patients.
