摘 要:目的了解当前社区卫生服务机构人才队伍现状,探讨存在的问题,提出发展建议。方法自制调查问卷,2015年3月—2016年3月随机抽取河北省内社区卫生服务机构33家,发放问卷330份,统计并分析数据。结果共收集合格问卷324份,发现该省社区卫生服务人员素质较低、收入水平较低、编制配备不足以及工作满意度不高。结论建议加大财政资金投入,实现社区医疗长效发展;完善有利于社区卫生人员队伍建设的优惠政策;构建长效的激励机制,留住人才。Objective To know the current status of talent team in the community health service institution in Hebei Province,study the existing problems and put forwards the development suggestions.Methods 33 community health service institutions in Hebei Province from March 2015 to March 2017 were randomly selected by the self-made questionnaires,and 330 pieces were issued and the data were counted and analyzed.Results 324 pieces of qualified questionnaires were collected,which showed that the community health service staff had the low quality,low income level,insufficient headcount preparation and low working satisfactory degree.Conclusion It is suggested to increase the financial and fund input,realize the long-term development of community medicine,improve the preferential policy that is conducive to constructing the community health staff,constructing the long motivation mechanism and retaining the talents.
