骨科护理管理中应用互动管理模式的效果评价

摘　　要：目的探讨骨科护理管理中应用互动管理模式的效果评价。方法选取2016年3月—2017年3月在该院骨科住院的147例骨折手术患者,根据是否进行互动管理模式,将患者分为观察组77例和对照组70例。对照组患者采用骨折术后常规护理模式,观察组患者在采用常规护理模式的基础上增加互动管理模式。比较两组患者的康复情况、患者问卷评分以及患者的满意度。结果观察组患者术后骨痂X线评分(2.36±0.33)分、BMD(385.6±22.43)mg/cm^2、下床活动时间(4.12±1.33)d、住院时间(10.13±2.16)d明显优于对照组患者骨痂X线评分(1.77±0.38)分、BMD(348.21±16.22)mg/cm^2、下床活动时间(5.67±1.45)d、住院时间(15.34±2.25)d,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者及格率为93.51%;对照组患者及格率为75.71%。观察组患者总满意度为98.70%;对照组患者总满意度为78.57%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在骨科患者中,运用互动管理模式是一种有效的手段,可以提高患者临床疗效,同时可以提高护理工作者的护理质量,改善护患关系,值得在临床中推广。Objective To study the application effect of interactive management model in the nursing management in the department of orthopedics.Methods 147 cases of inpatients with fracture surgery in our hospital from March 2016 to March 2017 were selected and divided into two groups according to whether the interactive management model was conducted or not,the control group with 70 cases adopted the routine nursing model after surgery,while the observation group with 77 cases adopted the interactive management model on the basis of the control group,and the rehabilitation situation,questionnaire score and satisfactory degree score of patients were compared between the two groups.Results The postoperative X-ray of callus score,BMD,time to get out of bed and length of stay in the observation group were obviously better than those in the control group[(2.36±0.33)points,(385.6±22.43)mg/cm2,(4.12±1.33)d,(10.13±2.16)d vs(1.77±0.38)points,(348.21±16.22)mg/cm2,(5.67±1.45)d,(15.34±2.25)d],and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05),and the qualified rate and the total satisfactory degree in the observation group and in the control group were respectively 93.51%,98.70%and 75.71%,78.57%,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of interactive management model in the patients in the department of orthopedics can improve the clinical curative effect,and improve the nursing quality of nursing workers and improve the medical relationship,and it is worth clinical promotion.
