护理法律风险管理应用于精神科护理管理中的效果研究

摘　　要：目的探究护理法律风险管理应用于精神科护理管理中的效果。方法对该院2013—2016年护理人员风险意识评分、患者及家属满意度、护理缺陷及投诉情况进行比较。结果实行护理法律风险管理后,护理人员风险意识评分、患者及家属满意度均有明显提高(P<0.05),且护理缺陷及投诉率有明显下降(P<0.05)。结论通过进行护理法律风险管理,可明显提高精神科护理人员风险意识,使其能够更好地保护自己,同时加强了患者及其家属对护理工作的理解及配合程度,值得推广。Objective To study the effect of nursing legal risk management in the nursing management in the department of psychiatry.Methods The risk awareness score of nursing staff,satisfactory degrees of patients and their family,nursing defect and compliant situation in our hospital from 2013 to 2016 were compared.Results After the implementation of nursing legal risk management,the risk awareness score and satisfactory degrees of patients and their family of nursing staff were obviously improved(P<0.05),and the nursing defect and compliant rate obviously decreased(P<0.05).Conclusion The nursing legal risk management can obviously improve the risk awareness of nursing staff in the department of psychiatry,better protect themselves,and enhance the understanding and cooperation degrees of patients and their family,and it is worth promotion.
