摘　　要：131碘治疗是分化型甲状腺癌术后重要的治疗方法 ,核素病房建立的安全化,合理化、规范化及医务人员在核素治疗前、治疗过程中及出院后宣教、注意事项和不良反应的预防和处理,防辐射安全教育对于患者及家属起到重要的作用,消除患者及家属对核素射线及隔离治疗的恐惧心理,达到对患者、家属、其他人及医护人员的安全防辐射安全。131 iodine is an important treatment method after the differentiated thyroid carcinoma,and the safety,rationality and standardization of establishment of nuclide ward and the prevention and treatment of education,notes and adverse reactions before treatment,in treatment and after discharge,and the radiation-resistant safety education are of important significance to the patients and their family,which can eliminate the horrors of patients and their family to the nuclide ray and isolation therapy and realize the radiation-resistance safety of patients,family,others and medical staff.
