摘　　要：随着信息化在各行各业的发展和应用,人们的工作效率得到了大幅度的提高,人们的日常工作几乎离不开计算机的帮助。医院是保障人们生活质量不可缺少的场所,其工作效率和综合管理能力的提升能够促进医院的发展,有效的加强医院的综合实力。医院必须采用先进的管理手段,才能进一步的加强医护工作的成效,更好的为患者服务。该文从医院信息化建设的概念入手,阐述了信息化在医院综合管理中的应用意义,并就其具体的应用过程进行了分析。With the development and application of information in various industries,people’s work efficacy is greatly improved,and the daily work of people can be hardly without the help of the computer,and the hospital is an essential workplace of ensuring people’s quality of life,and the improvement of efficacy and general management ability can promote the development of the hospital,in order to effectively enhance the comprehensive strength,the hospital must use the advanced management means,only in this way can the medical work efficacy be further enhanced and the patients be better served.The paper elaborates the application significance of information in the general management in the hospital and analyzes the specific application course from the concept of the hospital information construction.
