养老机构独居老人心理健康状况及影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的调查养老机构独居老人心理状况及影响因素。方法采用一般资料调查表及老年人心理健康自评工具,对成都市3所养老机构的106名独居老人进行调查,并与养老机构110名非独居老人进行对照研究。结果 106名独居老人心理健康得分(42.39±7.752)分,独居老人心理健康状况显著低于非独居老人(P<0.05)。多元回归分析显示:月收入、子女看望频率、患病情况是独居老人心理健康的影响因素。结论养老机构独居老人心理健康不佳;提高养老机构独居老人心理健康需考虑月收入、子女看望频率等多维因素。Objective To investigate the mental health status and influence factors of solitary aged people in the old-age care institutions.Methods 106 solitary aged people in 3 old-age care institutions in Chengdu were surveyed by the general data questionnaire and mental health self-evaluation tool of senile people,and 110 cases of non-solitary aged people were compared for research.Results The mental health score of 106 cases of solitary aged people was(42.39±7.752)points,and the mental health condition of solitary aged people was obviously lower than that of non-solitary aged people(P<0.05),and the multiple regression analysis showed that the monthly income,visiting frequency of children,and prevalence were the influence factors of mental health of solitary aged people.Conclusion The mental health of solitary aged people in the old-age care institutions is not good,and we should consider the monthly income and visiting frequency of children in order to improve the mental health of solitary aged people in the old-age care institutions.
