摘 要:测试了钢渣和硫酸渣的基本性能,对比分析了钢渣和硫酸渣作为铁质校正原料制备的水泥生料和烧成的熟料的性能,同时研究了钢渣熟料和普通熟料配置的水泥的性能差异.结果表明,钢渣对生料易烧性的改善效果要好于硫酸渣,并且5%掺量钢渣对应的熟料易烧性最佳.钢渣和硫酸渣的掺入都会一定程度降低熟料的强度,但钢渣的降低幅度更小.钢渣熟料制备的PC32.5和PC42.5水泥的各项性能均满足要求,其强度要高于普通熟料所制备的水泥的强度.The basic properties of steel slag and sulphuric acid residue were tested.The performances of cement raw meal and burnt clinker made of steel slag and sulfuric acid slag as iron correction raw material were compared and analyzed.Meanwhile,the performance differences between cement made of steel slag clinker and common clinker were investigated.The results show that the improvement effect of steel slag on the burning property of raw material is better than that of sulphuric acid residue,and the clinker with 5%content of steel slag has the best burnability.The addition of steel slag and sulphuric acid slag can reduce the compressive strength of the clinker to a certain extent.But the addition of steel slag shows less reduction in compressive strength.All the performances of P·C32.5 and P·C42.5 cement prepared with slag clinker meet the requirements,whose compressive strength is higher than the cement prepared with common clinker.
