摘 要:为了探讨中药渣发酵物作为母猪饲料原料的可行性,试验选取2~6胎次妊娠90 d母猪32头,随机分成两组,每组16头,限位栏饲养。对照组饲喂基础饲粮,试验组在基础饲粮中添加0.5%的中药渣发酵物。分别于产后第1、14和21 d采集母猪新鲜粪便样品,采用荧光定量PCR方法测定粪便中菌群数量,同时采用气相色谱和高效液相色谱方法测定粪便中代谢产物含量。结果表明:与对照组相比,试验组母猪产后第1 d粪便中双歧杆菌数量以及丁酸、异丁酸、酪胺和亚精胺含量显著升高(P<0.05);产后第14 d粪便中精胺含量显著降低,乙酸、丙酸、异丁酸、异戊酸、总短链脂肪酸、酪胺和亚精胺含量显著升高(P<0.05);产后第21 d各测定指标均无显著变化。上述结果表明,围产期饲粮添加中药渣发酵物可增加母猪后肠有益菌数量、功能性短链脂肪酸和生物胺含量,这有利于改善围产期母猪肠道健康。The present study was conducted to explore the feasibility of using fermented herbal residues(FHR)as dietary additive in sow production.A total of 32 pregnant sows during parity 2-6 were selected and randomly assigned to either control group(n=16)or experimental group(n=16),feeding in pens individually.From Day 90 of pregnancy to Day 28 of postpartum period,sows in control group were fed a basal diet,and those in experiment group were fed the basal diet supplemented with 0.5%FHR.Fresh fecal samples were collected at Days 1,14,and 21 of postpartum period for determining fecal microbe quantity by fluorescent quantitation PCR and metabolites by gas chromatography or high performance liquid chromatography.Results showed that compared with the control group,the quantity of Bifidobacterium spp.and the concentrations of butyrate,isobutyrate,tyramine,and spermidine significantly increased(P<0.05)at Day 1 of postpartum period;the concentration of spermine significantly decreased(P<0.05),while the concentrations of acetate,propionate,isobutyrate,isovalerate,total SCFAs,tyramine,and spermidine significantly increased(P<0.05)at Day 14 of postpartum period;all of the determined parameters did not significantly change(P>0.05)at Day 21 of postpartum period.These findings show that the FHR can improve beneficial microbe quantity,the concentrations of functional SCFAs and bioamines in hindgut of perinatal sows,which is beneficial to gut health of perinatal sows.
