摘  要:采用OM、SEM、XRD及电化学测试等方法,研究了添加1wt.%稀土元素Gd对AZ63镁合金显微组织和电化学性能的影响。结果表明:添加Gd使AZ63镁合金的腐蚀均匀,电流效率提高至62%,提高了约11%;Gd的添加使Mg17Al12环链断开,呈弥散分布,含量降低,从而降低了自腐蚀;合金的相组成中增加了镁和Gd形成的GdMg2合金相。含1wt.%Gd的镁合金牺牲阳极腐蚀电位为-1.72V,负移了0.3V。The influences of rare earth elemental Gd on the microstructure and electrochemical performance of AZ63magnesium alloy are studied through the OM,SEM,XRD and electrochemical evaluation.The results show that the AZ63magnesium alloy displays the uniform corrosion and that its current efficiency is improved by 11%up to 62%with the incorporation of Gd;the ring-like structure of Mg17Al12phase is disconnected to obtain dispersive distribution and lower content through Gd addition,bringing about decreased self-corrosion;a new emergence of alloy phase GdMg2combining Mg with Gd is found;the corrosion potential of magnesium alloy sacrificial anode with 1wt.%Gd is negatively shifted by 0.3Vto-1.72V.
