两种不同给药方式在丁克治疗复发性外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病中的疗效比较

摘　　要：目的:比较两种不同给药方式在丁克(盐酸特比萘芬阴道泡腾片)治疗复发性外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病(recurrentvul vulvovaginal candidiasis,RVVC)中的疗效。方法:选取2016年3月至2017年1月收治的RVVC患者64例为研究对象,随机分为A组(32例,用药1次/5 d,治疗3个月)和B组(32例,月经干净后连续用药7 d,停药至下一次月经干净后继续用药,治疗3个月),比较两组患者治疗效果及治疗后复发率。结果:A组患者治疗总有效率(96.88%)高于B组(75.00%)(P<0.05)。A组患者治疗后3个月、6个月复发率分别为(0.00%、3.13%)低于B组分别为(12.50%、21.88%)(P<0.05)。结论:丁克在RVVC患者治疗中采用1次/5 d的方式持续给药可明显提高患者临床疗效,降低治疗后复发率。Objective:To investigate the efficacy of two different administration modes of continuous administration and post-menstrual administration in the treatment of recurrent vulvovaginal candidiasis(RVVC)with Dink(terbinafine hydrochloride vaginal effervescent tablets).Methods:64 cases of RVVC recruited during Mar.2016 to Jan.2017 as studying objects,were divided into group A and group B,32 cases in each group.Group A was given Dink dosage 1 t/5d for 3 months,while group B was given continuous medication of Dink 7 d after menstrual clean,and was not continued to be administered after withdrawal till the next menstrual clean,and the treatment lasted for 3 months.The curative effect and the recurrence rate after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:The treatment effect in group A(96.88%)was higher than that in group B(75.00%)(P<0.05).The recurrence rates of patients in group A at 3 months and 6 months(0.00%and 3.13%,respectively)were lower than those in group B(12.50%and 21.88%,respectively)(P<0.05).Conclusion:Continuous administration with Dink for 1 t/5d in the treatment of patients with RVVC can significantly improve the clinical efficacy and reduce the recurrence rate after treatment.
