摘  要:目的:观察不同存储时间对红细胞(red blood cells,RBCs)血红蛋白(hemoglobin,Hb)再释放的影响。方法:募集健康成人志愿献血者,分别采集200 mL全血,滤白后离心去除血浆,将RBCs重悬于50 mL红细胞保护液(MAP)中,4℃保存。于储存期0 d、7 d、14 d、21 d、28 d、35 d、42 d抽取血样5 mL,分别检测红细胞Hb再释放、RBCs形态、聚集指数、相对溶血率、上清丙二醛(MDA)含量及高铁血红蛋白分数(FMet Hb)。结果:随着存储时间延长,红细胞Hb再释放增多,同时伴随RBCs相对溶血率、MDA含量、FMet Hb、变形RBCs、RBCs聚集指数的逐渐增高。结论:RBCs存储损伤可以导致Hb再释放增多。Objective:To observe the effect of different storage time on the re-release hemoglobin(Hb)from red blood cells(RBCs).Methods:Healthy adults were recruited,and 200 ml of whole blood was collected from each of them.After the white blood cells were filtered,plasma was removed by centrifugation;packed RBCs were resuspended in 50ml MAP RBCs protective solution and stored at 4℃.At shelf life of 0,7,14,21,28,35 and 42 d,5 ml blood sample was taken and then the re-released Hb,morphology of RBCs,RBCs aggregation index,relative hemolysis rate,malondialdehyde(MDA)content and the fraction of methemoglobin(FMetHb)were detected.Results:With the prolongation of storage time,the re-release Hb was increased;at the same time the relative hemolysis rate of RBCs,MDA,FMetHb,deformated RBCs,and RBCs aggregation index also increased correspondingly.Conclusion:RBCs storage lesion might increase the re-released Hb.
