摘 要:目的:调查和分析医学生心理资本和应对方式的影响因素。方法:采用积极心理资本问卷和简易应对方式问卷随机抽取1 610名医学生进行调查。结果:年级、专业喜爱程度、室友关系均与医学生心理资本、应对方式相关(P<0.05)。在心理资本上,三年级和五年级学生得分均高于一、二年级(P<0.05),喜欢专业的学生得分高于说不清、不喜欢、非常不喜欢的学生(P<0.05),室友关系非常和谐的学生得分高于和谐、说不清的学生(P<0.05);在消极应对上,四、五年级学生得分均高于一、二、三年级(P<0.05);在积极应对上,非常喜欢、喜欢专业的学生得分均高于说不清、不喜欢、非常不喜欢学生(P<0.05)。结论:年级、专业喜爱程度、室友关系均与医学生心理资本、应对方式有显著相关性,它们可能是医学生心理资本和应对方式的影响因素。Objective:To investigate and analyze the influence factors of medical students'psychological capital and coping style.Method:Positive psychological capital questionnaire and simple coping style questionnaire were used to conduct a random sample study among 1610 medical students.Results:Grade,attitude toward major and roommate relationship were all significantly related with the medical students'psychological capital and coping style(P<0.05).In psychological capital,the students in Grade 3 and Grade 5 got higher score than the students in Grade 1 and 2(P<0.05);students who liked their majors had better marks than all the others(P<0.05);students who had very harmonious relationship with their roommates turned out with higher score than students with harmonious or hard-to-tell roommate relationship(P<0.05).In terms of negative coping,the students in Grade 4 and Grade 5 got higher score than those in Grade 1,2 and 3(P<0.05);As for positive coping,students who liked or loved their major got scores higher than students who had no feeling or disliked or detested their major(P<0.05).Conclusion:Grade,attitude towards major and roommate relationship in general are significantly related with medical students'psychological capital and coping style,thus probably being regarded as the influence factors of medical students'psychological capital and coping style.
