摘  要:基于几何随机分布模型GBSM的信道建模方法,建立高速铁路系统中深沟堑场景下大规模MIMO的三维3D信道模型。模型中实际散射体等价为随机分布在接收端的虚拟圆柱体表面的等效散射体,使用虚拟的球体表征Massive MIMO的不平衡特性;分析信道统计特性中的时空特性,得出空时相关函数STCF的闭式表达式。通过对STCF进行傅里叶变换得到相应的多普勒频谱密度。仿真表明,闭式表达式正确,3D模型比2D模型更好地反映了实际的电磁波传播场景,影响STCF绝对值的主要是移动台天线阵列的仰角,基站侧天线阵列仰角的改变几乎不影响STCF绝对值。Based on the channel modeling method of geometry-based stochastic model,a large-scale MIMO 3D channel model in high-speed railway system under deep cutting scenarios was established.In the model,the actual scatterer was equivalent to the equivalent scatterer stochastically distributed on the virtual cylinder surface at the receiving end.The non-stationary property of Massive MIMO was characterized by using a virtual sphere.The closed-form expression of the space-time correlation function(STCF)based on the analysis of the spatial and temporal characteristics of channel statistics was obtained after modeling.The corresponding Doppler power spectral density was acquired by performing fourier transformation on the STCF.The simulation proves the correctness of closed-form expression.The 3D channel models can restore the actual radio propagation scenarios better than 2D channel models do.The simulation also shows that the absolute value of STCF is mainly controlled by the angle of altitude in the MS side,while the angle of BS has little influence on absolute value of STCF.
