摘 要:[目的]探讨武术段位制对大学生课内外体育参与情况的影响。[方法]选取320名武术选项班的学生,将其分为实验组和对照组两组。对实验组进行为期1 a的武术段位制教学方式的教学,而对对照组进行1 a的武术传统模式(以长拳和太极拳为主)的教学,实验前后对所有受试者进行运动参与积极性标准量表的调查。[结果]两组学生在课内、外体育活动的参与行为状况、参与的主动性、参与的情感、参与的认识等方面的比较均具有统计学差异(P<0.05)。[结论]武术段位制对大学生的课内、外运动参与具有积极的影响,具体表现在显著增加学生课上和课下参与武术等体育活动的参与行为状况、参与的主动性、参与的情感、参与的认识。Objectives:The influence of martial arts segment system on the participation of college students in class and abroad.Methods:A total of 320 Wushu elective students were selected and divided into two groups:experimental group and control group.The experimental group was taught for one year of martial arts teaching system,while the control group for 1 year of martial arts traditional model(to Changquan and Taijiquan-based)teaching,before and after the experiment for all subjects to participate in sports Investigation of Positive Standards Scale.Results:There were statistically significant differences between the two groups of students in the class,the participation of the physical activity,the participation of the initiative,participation in the emotions,participation in the understanding and so on(P<0.05).Conclusion:Wushu segment system has a positive effect on the participation of students in class and outside sports.It is manifested in the significant increase in the participation of students in class and participating in martial arts and other sports activities,participation in the initiative,participation in the emotions,participation in the understanding.
