摘 要:为更好的将工业生产中产生的废料进行回收利用、提升经济效益,本文采用间歇釜式反应器,以磺酸型离子交换树脂为催化剂,以壬基酚工业釜底液为原料,开展多壬基酚与苯酚的烷基转移反应技术研究.通过对不同影响因素的查考,进行催化性能的比对研究.结果表明,当在反应温度在150~155℃、苯酚与多壬基酚摩尔配比为10、催化剂用量10 wt%、反应时间3~3.5 h的条件下,多壬基酚转化率可达90%以上,壬基酚收率70%左右.通过以上反应实验使工业产生的釜底液多壬基酚体现出了更好的价值.The transalkylation of dinonylphenol with phenol was carried out using a batch reactor with sulfonie acid io-exchange polystyrene resin as catalysts.The composition and mechanical properties of sulfonated resin were characterized by FTIR and particle strength test.Results show that the optimal reaction condition is as follows:reaction temperature,150~155℃;phenol:nonylphenol(molar ratio),10:1;catalyst dosage,10wt%;reaction time,3~3.5 h.In this case,the conversion of dinonylphenol is above 90%and the yield of nonylphenol is above 70%.By this process,dinonylphenol,the by-product of nonylphenol industry process,could be utilized effectively.The economic benefits of the nonylphenol industry device would be improved.
