配网不停电作业中搭头用线夹绝缘罩的优化设计及应用

摘　　要：带电接火(搭头)用并沟线夹绝缘罩是保证线路可靠运行的绝缘隔离设施,但在现场使用中存在安装不规范、灵活性不高、锁扣不紧密等问题。为此研制了一种新型的带电接火(搭头)用并沟线夹绝缘罩,通过对锁扣的改进,提高了绝缘罩的操作灵活性和现场作业安全水平。实践证明,该绝缘罩能满足作业要求,提高了现场实用性。The parallel groove clamp insulation shield is the insulation isolation facilities to ensure the reliable operation of the line.However,there are some problems to solve in practice:inadequate installation,low inflexibility of the insulation shield and loose locks.Through the improvement of the lock,a novel non-outage connection insulation clamp shield which increased the flexibility and safety was developed.Practice showed,this insulation shield could meet the work requirements and improve the applicability in field work.
