变电站控制电缆护套颜色分类的研究与实践

摘　　要：以某在建变电站工程为例,将控制电缆按其回路功能不同进行分类并采用不同护套颜色,从而形成电缆护套颜色识别标准。通过实施该标准,能提醒、警示工作人员避免误碰运行回路电缆、危险性较高电缆,从而降低变电站不正常运行和人身伤亡事故的可能性,提高查找和抽、重放电缆的工作效率。Illustrated by example of a substation in construction,by classifying the control cables according to the different loop functions and specifying different sheath colors for each kind of function,the standard of the cable sheath color recognition was formed.The effective implementation of this standard can remind and warn the staff to avoid accidentally touching the running oop cable and high risk cable,reduce the possibility of substation’s unnormal operations and personal injury accidents effectively,and improve the working efficiency of searching,extraction and re-laying of the cables.
