摘　　要：针对地方电网调度故障处置的现实需求,提出软、硬件结合的电子值班系统,并对其功能、架构、流程逻辑和数据库进行了分析设计,实现了故障简报自动编辑、短消息便捷发送和值班日志快速生成,提高了调度员的工作效率。Aiming at the practical needs for local power network fault handling,we proposed a software-hardware combinational electronic watch system,analyzed and designed the system′s function,structure,process logic and database.This system can realize the auto editing of fault presentation,the convenient sending of short messages,and fast creation of on duty log,thus improving the work efficiency of dispatchers.
