摘 要:近年来,随着我国经济的增长和人民生活水平的提高,人们的生活方式、消费观念逐渐发生改变,国内游客外出旅游的频率越来越高。在旅游活动的六要素中,相对于其他五项要素,购物活动具有较大的需求弹性,这就说明我国旅游购物市场存在一定的发展空间。以国家4A级景区—舟山国际水产城为研究对象,指出了舟山国际水产城存在着旅游商品开发力度不够、旅游购物环境欠优以及销售人员服务水平不佳的问题。为了提高水产城旅游购物满意度,政府应该开发特色化的旅游商品,营造良好的旅游购物环境和提高销售人员的服务水平。进而促进水产城旅游市场的健康发展,进一步提升舟山旅游服务业的整体水平和综合竞争力。In recent years,with the growth of our country's economy and the improvement of people's living standard,people's way of life and consumption has changed gradually.Meanwhile,the frequency of domestic tourists traveling is higher and higher.Compared with the other five factors,shopping activities in the six elements of tourism activities have greater demand elasticity.This shows that China's tourism shopping market has a certain development space.Taking Zhoushan International Aquatic City which is the national 4 A-level scenic spot as the research object,it is found that the problems are lack of development efforts of traveling commodities,bad shopping environment and service level.In order to improve the degree of satisfaction,the government should develop special tourism products,create a good shopping environment and improve the service level of sales staff,so as to promote the healthy development of the tourism market of Aquatic City,and further improve the overall level and comprehensive competitiveness of Zhoushan tourism service industry.
