复方利血平氨苯蝶啶片治疗原发性高血压的Meta分析

摘　　要：目的评价应用复方利血平氨苯蝶啶片治疗原发性高血压病的疗效、性价比及安全性。方法计算机检索Cochrane Library、Pubmed、Bio Med Central、中国学术期刊全文数据库、维普数据库、万方数据库,收集复方利血平氨苯蝶啶片治疗原发性高血压病的随机对照试验,按纳入和排除标准由2名评价者独立选择文献,提取资料,交叉核对并进行方法学质量评估,使用Revman5.0软件进行META分析。结果共纳入22项研究,2536例患者。复方利血平氨苯蝶啶片组与钙离子拮抗剂组总有效率之比及其95%可信区间为1.10(0.86~1.41),两组差异无统计学意义(P=0.45);复方利血平氨苯蝶啶片组在控制心率总有效率之比及其95%可信区间为1.25(0.42~2.08),差异有统计学意义(P=0.003);安全性结果:复方利血平氨苯蝶啶片组与钙离子拮抗剂不良事件发生率之差及其95%可信区间为1.13(0.82~1.56),两组差异无统计学意义(P=0.46)。结论根据目前研究证据,复方利血平氨苯蝶啶片与钙离子拮抗剂相比疗效相近、不良事件的发生情况差异不明显,有较为可靠的疗效和安全性。Objective To evaluate systematically the efficacy,cost performance and safety of Compound Reserpine Triamterene tablets.Methods The databases of Cochrane Controlled Trials Register/CENTRAL,Pubmed,Biomed Central,CJFD,VIP Database and Wangfang Database were retrieved with computers for collecting randomized controlled trials(RCT)about the treatment of hypertention.The RCT were selected by two researchers independently according to inclusion and exclusion criterions and materials were extracted,checked crossly and given methodological quality evalution.The Meta-analysis was conducted by using RevMan 5.0 software.Results The 22 studies were eligible for inclusion.As to the efficacy,there was no statistical significant difference between Compound Anti-Hypertensive Tablets and Calcium antagonists(OR=1.10,95%CI:0.86-1.41,P=0.45).It was effective to slow heart rate by persisting in taking medicine of Anti-hypentensive Tablets(OR=1.25,95%CI:0.42-2.08,P=0.003).For the safety,there was also no statistical significant difference between the research drug and the control(OR=1.13,95%CI:0.82-1.56,P=0.46).Conclusion Based on the current evidences,Compound Anti-Hypertensive Tablets appear to have the same effect as calcium antagonists without more adverse events.
