摘　　要：文章通过分析传统环境下就业指导工作的现状,以石河子大学就业服务平台——"就在石大"的管理和运营为例,从"精准对接服务对象,加强学生新媒体操作能力的培养""精准推送就业信息,构建多元化宣传渠道""精准建立指导队伍,打造优质师资团队"等视角,分析当前就业服务工作存在的问题,为新媒体视域下开展大学生就业工作的精准服务提出对策和建议。This article,through the analysis of the traditional environment of employment guidance of the status quo,taking Shihezi University employment service platform“in the stone”management and operation as an example,from the“precise docking service ob-ject,strengthens students'new media operation ability”and“precise pushing employment information,building diversified promotion channels”precision,establishing guidance team and creating high-quality team of teachers“perspective,analyzes the existing prob-lems of employment service work and puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to carry out accurate service employment of college students from the perspective of new media.
