西替利嗪片联合丁苯羟酸乳膏治疗慢性湿疹的临床分析

摘　　要：目的探讨西利替嗪片联合丁苯羟酸乳膏治疗慢性湿疹的临床疗效。方法方便选取该院门诊在2017年2—7月接诊的180例慢性湿疹患者作为研究对象,使用随机数字表法分为3组(各60例),对照组1单纯外用丁苯羟酸乳膏,对照组2单纯口服西替利嗪片,治疗组外用丁苯羟酸乳膏,同时联合口服西替利嗪片,比较3组患者的治疗效果。结果治疗组的治疗总有效率为90.00%,显著高于对照组1(66.67%)与对照组2(63.33%)(χ~2=9.634、11.926,P<0.05);对照组1与对照组2的治疗总有效率比较差异无统计学意义(χ~2=0.147,P>0.05)。结论西替利嗪片联合丁苯羟酸乳膏治疗慢性湿疹能够迅速缓解临床症状,临床疗效显著,且无明显不良反应。Objective This paper tries to investigate the clinical efficacy of cetirizine tablets combined with butylated hydroxy acid cream in the treatment of chronic eczema.Methods Convenient selected 180 patients with chronic eczema in outpatient clinic were divided into three groups by random number table method(n=60).The control group 1 used butyl benzene acid cream,the control group 2 took oraled cetirizine tablets,and the treatment group used butylated hydroxy acid cream and cetirizine tablets.The treatment effect of three groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 90.00%,which was significantly higher than control group 1(66.67%)and control group 2(63.33%)(χ2=9.634,11.926,P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total effective rate between control group 1 and control group 2(χ2=0.147,P>0.05).Conclusion Cetirizine tablets combined with butylated hydroxy acid cream in the treatment of chronic eczema can quickly relieve clinical symptoms,the clinical effect is significant,without obvious side effects.
