TN托槽在下前牙拥挤辅助排齐中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨TN托槽在正畸辅助排齐中的方法与疗效。方法方便选取2013年1月—2016年6月福建省宁德市医院口腔正畸科的下牙列拥挤患者30例,行全口固定矫治器治疗,术中使用TN托槽粘接于下前牙舌侧,应用钛镍圆丝进行辅助排齐。每次治疗记录口内照、面照,制取治疗前后牙牙合模型。结果所有患者的下前牙拥挤均顺利解除,建立了正常的牙弓形态。结论下前牙拥挤患者经TN托槽辅助排齐治疗能获得良好的治疗效果,可用TN托槽作辅助排齐装置,临床治疗效果好,值得推广与应用。Objective This paper tries to investigate use method and effect of TN braces in orthodontic auxiliary line.Methods 30 patients with lower dentition crowded in Orthodontics Department of Ningde Hospital of Fujian Province from January 2013 to June 2016 were convenient selected and treated with full mouth orthodontic appliance.TN brackets were used during operation to attach to the lingual side of lower anterior teeth.Silk for auxiliary alignment.Each treatment record port photos,face photos,preparation of dental models before and after treatment.Results All patients under the smooth lifting of the anterior teeth were successfully removed,established a normal dental arch.Conclusion Lower anterior crowded patients by the TN bracket auxiliary alignment treatment can get good treatment effect,TN brackets can be used for auxiliary alignment device,with good clinical treatment effect,so it is worth promoting and application.
