摘　　要：目的探讨影响5年内脑梗死再发时临床症状严重程度的相关因素,为减轻再发性脑梗死症状提供理论依据。方法方便选取2010年1月—2011年12月在福建省立医院住院患者中诊断为急性脑梗死并在5年后随访成功的215例患者,对215例脑梗死患者的临床资料进行Logistic回归分析。结果 Logistic回归分析后发现,脑动脉狭窄、房颤是加重再发性脑梗死临床症状的独立危险因素(OR=1.477、2.218,P<0.05)。结论存在脑动脉狭窄、房颤等高危因素时,再发性脑梗死症状较重,其中房颤加重再发性脑梗死的临床症状更明显。Objective This paper tries to discuss the related factors affecting the severity degree of symptom of recurrence of cerebral infarction within 5 years and to provide theoretic basis to alleviatesymptom of recurrence of cerebral Infarction.Methods 215 cases of patients during the follow-up of 5 years diagnosed of acute cerebral infarction hospitalized in this hospital from January 2010 to December 2011 were convenient selected,then a multivariate Logistic regression analysis of the clinical information of the 215 cases was conducted.Results By multivariate Logistic regression analysis,the cerebral artery stenosis,atrial fibrillation were significantly associated with the severity degree of the symptom of recurrence of cerebral infarction(OR=1.477、2.218,P<0.05).Conclusion The symptom of recurrence of cerebral infarction can be severer when cerebral artery stenosis,atrial fibrillation existed,especially atrial fibrillation.
