耳穴压豆联合中药排气汤缓解妇科术后腹胀的临床分析

摘　　要：目的探析耳穴压豆联合中药排气汤缓解妇科术后腹胀的临床效果。方法方便选取该院妇科在2015年1月—2016年12月期间收治的169例妇科手术患者,根据数字随机方式将其分为治疗组和对照组,对照组84例采取常规西医治理措施,治疗组85例术后采取耳穴压豆联合中药排气汤治疗,比较两组术后腹胀缓解的有效率、肠鸣音时间及排气时间等。结果治疗组术后腹胀缓解总有效率为100.00%与对照组83.33%比较差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.392,P<0.05);治疗组肠鸣音恢复时间(24.1±6.3)h及排气时间(35.4±8.2)h显著短于对照组(38.5±8.6)h、(55.2±9.3)h,比较差异有统计学意义(t=8.583,10.462,P<0.05)。结论耳穴压豆联合中药排气汤缓解妇科术后腹胀的临床效果显著,不仅有效缓解腹胀,同时缩短肠鸣音恢复时间,加快排气,值得临床推广。Objective This paper tries to investigate the clinical effect of auricular acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine excretion soup to relieve abdominal distension after gynecological operation.Methods A total of 169 gynecological patients admitted to our hospital from January 2015 to December 2016 were convenient selected and randomly divided into treatment group and control group.In the control group,84 cases were treated with conventional western medicine.The treatment group of 85 patients were treated with auricular pressured bean combined with traditional Chinese medicine exhausting soup,and the effective rate of abdominal distension relief,bowel sounds time and exhaust time were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of postoperative abdominal distension relief was 100.00%in the treatment group and 83.33%in the control group.The difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.392,P<0.05).The recovery time of bowel sounds in the treatment group was(24.1±6.3)h and exhaust time(35.4±8.2)h were significantly shorter than those in control group of(38.5±8.6)h and(55.2±9.3)h respectively,the difference was statistically(t=8.583,10.462,P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of auricular pressure beans combined with traditional Chinese medicine exhaust soup relieve postoperative gynecological bloating is significant,not only effectively relieve bloating,but also reduce bowel sounds recovery time and speed up the exhaust,which is worth clinical promotion.
