电视腹腔镜下盆腔良性肿块切除术

摘　　要：目的探讨子宫肌瘤患者在电视腹腔镜下行子宫肌瘤剔除术的治疗效果。方法抽取该院2014年4月—2017年4月收治的子宫肌瘤患者60例为研究对象,以临床治疗所选术式方式分组:30例行经腹子宫肌瘤剔除术治疗者作为对照组,30例行电视腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤剔除术治疗者作为实验组,观察两组手术指标及并发症发生情况。结果(1)实验组术中出血量(81.09±18.46)m L、下床活动时间(16.76±4.15)h、肛门排气时间(21.46±3.74)h及住院时间(4.69±1.12)d显著少于对照组(132.56±34.52)m L、(27.32±3.88)h、(32.59±4.29)h、(7.73±1.87)d(P<0.05);(2)实验组并发症发生率6.66%显著低于对照组26.67%(P<0.05)。结论电视腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤剔除术切口小、出血量少,且并发症少,术后恢复快,是治疗子宫肌瘤的有效手段,值得推广。Objective To study the effect of myomectomy under the video-laparoscope in treatment of patients with hysteromyoma.Methods 60 cases of patients with hysteromyoma admitted and treated in our hospital from April 2014 to April 2017 were random selected as the research objects and divided into two groups with 30 cases in each,according to the clinical treatment surgery method,and the control group underwent the abdominal myomectomy,while the experimental group were treated with myomectomy under the video-laparoscope,and the operation indicators and occurrence of complications were observed.Results The intraoperative bleeding amount,time to get out of bed,anus exhaust time and length of stay in the experimental group were obviously lower than those in the control group,[(81.09±18.46)mL,(16.76±4.15)h,(21.46±3.74)h,(4.69±1.12)d vs(132.56±34.52)mL,(27.32±3.88)h,(32.59±4.29)h,(7.73±1.87)d](P<0.05),and the incidence rate of complications in the experimental group was obviously lower than that in the control group,(6.66%vs 26.67%)(P<0.05).Conclusion The myomectomy under the video-laparoscope is an effective way to treat the hysteromyoma with small incision,less hemorrhage,few complications and rapid recovery,and it is worth promotion.
