冠心病合并高脂血症患者实施综合护理干预的效果

摘　　要：目的在冠心病合并高脂血症患者的护理中积极开展综合护理的效果分析。方法从2016年5月—2017年5月该院接收治疗的收治冠心病合并高脂血症患者中,随机抽取120例展开分组研究,即A组60例,开展基础护理;B组60例,实施综合护理,对比两组的效果。结果 B组60例生活质量、不良情绪、血脂水平等,均明显优于A组;且A组护理有效率是83.33%,低于B组的98.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将综合护理运用到冠心病合并高脂血症患者的临床护理中,不仅可以获得显著的效果,而且还能有效改善其生活质量、心理状态等,值得广泛推广与使用。Objective To analyze the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in patients with coronary heart disease and hyperlipemia.Methods 120 cases of patients with coronary heart disease and hyperlipemia admitted and treated in our hospital from May 2016 to May 2017 were randomly selected and divided into two groups with 60 cases in each,the group A adopted the basic nursing,while the group B adopted the comprehensive nursing,and the effect was compared between the two groups.Results The quality of life,adverse emotion and blood liquid level in the group A were obviously better than those in the group A,and the nursing effective rate in the group A was lower than that in the group B(83.33%vs 98.33%),and the difference was obvious(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of comprehensive nursing in the clinical nursing of patients with coronary heart disease and hyperlipemia can not only obtain an obvious effect but also effectively improve the quality of life and mental state,and it is worth wide promotion and application.
