摘　　要：目的探讨CT冠状位重建对腹腔镜左半结直肠癌手术的价值。方法整群选取该院2017年2—8月期间该科收治的左半结直肠癌患者34例为研究对象,将左半结直肠癌腹腔镜手术患者全腹部增强CT分别按6 mm和2 mm进行冠状位重建。统计分析两组图片在明确肿瘤位置、脾曲最高点、发现肠管迂曲、明确重要血管走行方面的区别。结果 CT冠状位重建6 mm和2 mm在明确肿瘤位置、脾曲最高点、发现肠管迂曲方面差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),在发现IMA、LCA血管走行方面,6 mm和2 mm分别为11例(32.4%)、6(17.6%)vs 25例(73.5%)、22例(64.7%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论腹腔镜左半结直肠癌患者术前使用冠状位重建CT图像技术具有一定优势,其中2 mm重建更具优势,增加手术可预见性。Objective To study the value of CT coronal reconstruction in the laparoscopic operation in left colorectal cancer.Methods 34 cases of patients with left colorectal cancer admitted and treated in our hospital from February to August 2017 were group selected as the research objects and all patients were for abdominal enhancement CT 6 mm and 2 mm coronal reconstruction,and the differences in clearing tumor sites,highest point of splenic flexure,discovering intestinal tortuosity and clearing the travelling of major blood vessels were statistically analyzed.Results There were no obvious differences in clearing the tumor size,highest point of splenic flexure,discovering intestinal tortuosity between the CT coronal reconstruction 6 mm and 2 mm(P>0.05),and there were obvious differences in discovering the IMA and LCA blood vessel travelling between 6 mm and 2 mm 11(32.4%),6(17.6%)vs 25(73.5%),22(64.7%)(P<0.05).Conclusion The CT coronal reconstruction for patients with left colorectal cancer before laparoscopic operation has a certain advantage,and 2 mm reconstruction was more advantageous,which can enhance the surgery predictability.
