桃红四物汤对老年股骨粗隆间骨折术后肿胀恢复的影响

摘　　要：目的研究围手术期应用桃红四物汤对股骨粗隆间骨折老年患者术后患肢肿胀恢复的影响。方法 2014年1月—2016年12月,该研究采用前瞻性随机对照临床实验设计方法,方便选取太仓市中医医院骨伤科60例股骨粗隆间骨折患者,随机分为实验组与对照组各30例。分别观察两组术后第1、3、7、10天患肢肿胀情况。结果实验组术前、术后第1、3、7、10天肢体肿胀为(36.75±5.24)、(48.20±4.69)、(41.45±6.11)、(30.60±4.87)、(17.15±5.06)cm,对照组术前、术后第1、3、7、10天肢体肿胀为(34.30±4.69)、(46.65±5.62)、(35.80±3.09)、(21.10±3.11)、(13.15±3.15)cm。实验组与对照组比较,患肢肿胀恢复的影响在第3、7、10 d,两组差异有统计学意义(P=0.022、0.031、0.004,P<0.05)。结论桃红四物汤对术后患肢肿胀消除效果显著,值得临床推广应用。Objective To research the effect of taohong siwu decoction on the swelling recovery after the senile intertrochanter fracture of femur surgery.Methods 60 cases of patients with intertrochanter fracture of femur surgery in our hospital from January 2014 to December 2016 were convenient selected and randomly divided into two groups with 30 cases in each,the swelling situations at 1 d,3 d,7 d and 10 d after surgery were observed.Results The limbs swelling size before operation,at 1 d,3 d,7 d and 10 d after surgery in the experimental group and in the control group were respectively(36.75±5.24),(48.20±4.69),(41.45±6.11),(30.60±4.87),(17.15±5.06)cm and(34.30±4.69),(46.65±5.62),(35.80±3.09),(21.10±3.11),(13.15±3.15)cm,and the at 3 d,7 d and 10 d,and the differences between groups were statistically significant(P=0.022,0.031,0.004,P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of taohong siwu decoction in eliminating the limbs swelling is obvious,which is worth clinical promotion and application.
