足三里穴位注射联合假饲对腹腔镜直肠癌手术后加速康复的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨足三里穴位注射联合假饲对直肠癌术后患者胃肠功能恢复的影响研究。方法 2014年1月—2016年5月,根据纳入指标方便选择60例直肠癌术后患者,随机分为实验组和对照组,各30例。对照组给予胃肠手术后的常规治疗,实验组在对照组的基础上实施足三里新斯的明穴位注射联合假饲的方法,比较两组患者术后胃肠功能的恢复。结果实验组在肠鸣音恢复的时间、肛门首次排气时间、首次排便时间三方面分别为:(18.58±1.99)、(36.42±2.05)、(50.67±3.43)h,而对照组分别为:(21.28±2.28)、(40.31±2.58)、(58.26±3.85)h,二者相比时间均有明显的提前,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论足三里穴位注射联合假饲能显著提高腹腔镜直肠癌术后患者的胃肠功能恢复,在外科加速康复方面具有实用价值。Objective To study the effect of zusanli point injection and sham-feeding on the fast track recovery after the laparoscopic colorectal cancer surgery.Methods 60 cases of patients after the rectal cancer surgery from January 2014 to May 2016 were convenient selected and randomly divided into two groups with 30 cases in each,the control group adopted the routine treatment after the gastrointestinal surgery,while the experimental group were treated with zusanli point injection and sham-feeding on the fast track recovery on the basis of the control group,and the recovery of gastrointestinal function after surgery was compared between the two groups.Results The bowel sound recovery time,first anal exhaust time and first defecation time in the experimental group and in the control group were respectively(18.58±1.99),(36.42±2.05),(50.67±3.43)h and(21.28±2.28),(40.31±2.58),(58.26±3.85)h,and the time of the two groups was obviously advanced,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Zusanli point injection and sham-feeding can obviously improve the gastrointestinal function recovery of patients after the laparoscopic rectal cancer surgery,and it is of practical value in the fast track recovery in the department of surgery.
