循证护理应用于泡沫敷料联合生长因子治疗皮肤软组织挫擦伤中的效果

摘　　要：目的探讨研究循证护理应用于泡沫敷料联合生长因子治疗皮肤软组织挫擦伤中的效果。方法采取抽签模式将2014年7月—2017年6月于该院收治的皮肤软组织挫擦伤患者中方便抽出80例,将其以每组40例平均分成观察组和对照组。其中,对照组以常规护理模式为患者护理方案,观察组在此基础上采取循证护理模式进行干预,比较两组患者的临床效果。结果观察组护理满意度高于对照组对应值(95.00%>75.00%);观察组SDS、SAS评分结果为(34.68±3.19)分、(30.48±3.45)分,均较对照组(44.68±4.61)分、(40.28±4.11)分高;观察组痊愈时间及创面感染发生率结果分别为(8.01±2.12)d,且无创面感染现象发生,较对照组(12.92±3.56)d、15.00%低(P<0.05)。结论针对实施泡沫敷料联合生长因子治疗皮肤软组织挫擦伤患者采用循证护理加以干预,有效提高患者护理满意度的同时改善其心理状况,患者创面恢复时间快且无感染发生现象,值得临床上大力推广。Objective To study the effect of evidence-based nursing in the foam dressing combined with growth factor treatment of skin and soft tissue contusion.Methods 80 cases of patients with skin and soft tissue contusion treated in our hospital from July 2014 to June 2017 were convenient selected and randomly divided into two groups with 40 cases in each,the control group adopted the routine nursing,while the observation group adopted the evidence-based nursing model for intervention on the basis of the routine nursing,and the clinical effect was compared between the two groups.Results The nursing satisfactory degree in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,(95.00%>75.00%),and the SDS and SAS scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group[(34.68±3.19)points,(30.48±3.45)points vs(44.68±4.61)points,(40.28±4.11)points],and the healing time and incidence rate of wound infection in the observation group was(8.01±2.12)d,and there was no infection,which were lower than those in the control group[(12.92±3.56)d,15.00%](P<0.05).Conclusion The evidence-based nursing for intervention after foam dressing combined with growth factor treatment of skin and soft tissue contusion can effectively improve the nursing satisfactory degree of patients and improve the mental state,and the wound recovery of patients is rapid without infection,and it is worth clinical great promotion.
