摘  要:目的通过对肺炎支原体肺炎(MPP)儿童患者的血清中α_1、α_2、β、γ球蛋白及免疫球蛋白κ轻链、λ轻链含量结果进行统计分析,探讨血α_1、α_2、β、γ球蛋白及κ、λ轻链在MPP发病中的意义。方法选取我院儿科2016年1月到2017年1月期间收治的MPP儿童患者120例为研究对象,作为MPP组,同时选取120例来我院健康儿童作为对照组,分别检测两组儿童血清中α_1球蛋白区带(α_1酸性糖蛋白、α_1抗胰蛋白酶、α_1脂蛋白、甲胎蛋白)、α_2球蛋白区带(结合珠蛋白、α_2巨球蛋白、铜蓝蛋白)、β球蛋白区带(转铁蛋白、β脂蛋白、补体C_3、f纤溶酶原)γ球蛋白区带(Ig G、Ig M、Ig A、Ig D、Ig E及C反应蛋白)以及κ轻链、λ轻链的含量。结果 (1)α_1球蛋白区带,与对照相比,MPP组α_1酸性糖蛋白和α_1抗胰蛋白酶均升高,但α_1抗胰蛋白酶升高的更显著(P<0.05);α_1脂蛋白和甲胎蛋白均降低,但两组之间无统计学意义(P>0.05);(2)α_2球蛋白区带,与对照组相比,MPP组结合珠蛋白、α_2巨球蛋白和铜蓝蛋白均升高,但两组之间只有结合珠蛋白差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);(3)β球蛋白区带,与对照组相比,转铁蛋白和f溶酶原降低,且两组之间无统计学意义(P<0.05)。β脂蛋白和补体C_3均升高,且两组之间补体C_3差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(4)γ球蛋白区带,与对照组相比,MMP组Ig G、Ig M、Ig D、CRP、Ig E均明显升高,但Ig G、Ig M、CRP升高的更显著(P<0.05),Ig A明显降低(P<0.05);(5)与对照组相比,MPP组κ轻链、λ轻链均升高,但差异不具有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 MPP儿童患者的血α_1、α_2、β、γ球蛋白的变化可作为支原体肺炎的辅助诊断。Objective To investigate the significance ofα1,α2,β,γglobulin andκ,λlight chain in children with mycoplasma pneumonia through analyzing the detection results ofα1,α2,β,γglobulin andκ,λlight chain.Methods 120 children with MPP were select from January 2016 to January 2017 as the MPP group,and 100 healthy children were selected as the control group.The levels ofα1 globulin region(α1-acid glycoprotein,α1-antitrypsin,α1-lipoprotein,a-fetoprotein),α2 globulin region(haptoglobin,α2-macroglobulin,ceruloplasmin),βglobulin region(transferrin,β-lipoproteins,complement C3,f-plasminogen),γglobulin region(IgM,IgA,IgD,IgE,C-reactive protein),κandλlight chain were detected in the two groups.Results (1)The levels ofα1 globulin region andα1-antitrypsin were significantly higher in the MMP group than in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference inα1-acid glycoprotein,α1-lipoprotein and a-fetoprotein between the two groups(P>0.05).(2)The levels ofα2 globulin region and haptoglobin were significantly higher in the MMP group than in the control group(P<0.05).(3)The level ofβglobulin region and complement C3 were significantly higher in the MMP group than in the control group(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference in the other indexes.(4)γglobulin region,IgG,IgM and CRP levels were significantly higher in the MMP group than in the control group(P<0.05),and IgA was significantly lower in the MMP group than in the control group(P<0.05).(5)Compared with the control group,the level of k andλlight chain were increased in the MPP group,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion α1,α2,β,γglobulin can be used as a clinical diagnosis in mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia,and the role ofκ,λlight chain in children MPP needs to be further explored.
