呼吸道过敏性疾病吸入性过敏原过筛试验的诊断价值

摘　　要：目的评价吸入性过敏原过筛试验(Phadiatop)在过敏性疾病诊断中的临床应用。方法应用Phadia100全自动体外过敏原检测系统进行Ig E检测。结果对77例患者进行Phadiatop检测,阳性44例,阳性率57.1%。Phadiatop阳性患者中,屋尘螨和真菌混合阳性率分别是77.3%和22.7%。呼吸道过敏性疾病合并慢阻肺患者与呼吸道过敏性疾病患者比较,Phadiatop检测结果无统计学差异(P=0.429)。过敏性疾病患者与非过敏性疾病患者比较,Phadiatop检测结果有统计学差异(P<0.001),过敏性疾病患者与非过敏性疾病患者比较,TIg E检测结果有统计学差异(P<0.001)。呼吸道过敏性疾病合并慢阻肺患者与慢阻肺患者比较,Phadiatop检测结果有统计学差异(P=0.005),呼吸道过敏性疾病患者与慢阻肺患者比较,Phadiatop检测结果有统计学差异(P<0.001)。结论 Phadiatop是一种过敏原体外试验的补充诊断方法,对过敏性疾病临床诊治和预防具有重要的指导意义。Objective To evaluate the clinical application of Phadiatop detected in the diagnosis of allergic diseases.Methods IgE was detected by using Phadia100 automatic external allergen detection system.Results Phadiatop was detected in 77 cases.44 cases were positive,and the positive rate was 57.1%.On the phadiatop positive basis,the positive rate of House Dust allergen and Fungicidal Mixtures were respectively 77.3%and 22.7%.There was no obvious difference in phadiatop detection results between patients with respiratory allergic diseases combined chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases and patients with respiratory allergic diseases(P=0.429),but there was a significant difference between patients with allergic diseases and patients with non-allergic diseases(P<0.001).There was a significant difference in TIgE test results between patients with allergic diseases and patients with non-allergic diseases(P<0.001).There was a significant difference between patients with respiratory allergic diseases combined chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases and patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases in phadiatop detection results(P=0.005).There was a significant difference in phadiatop detection results between patients with respiratory allergic diseases and patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases(P<0.001).Conclusion Phadiatop is a supplementary diagnostic method for allergens,which has a important guiding significance for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of allergic diseases.
