摘　　要：从医生非技能缺陷、健康认知不足与慢性病防控能力缺乏角度剖析现行医疗服务缺陷,认为健康管理服务是医疗服务转化方向、舒缓医患关系的有效途径、慢性病防控的基本方式与现代医院管理创新的基本模式,明确新时代现代医院管理中实施健康管理服务具有显著的科学性、重要性与迫切性。In the paper,the author analyzes the current medical service deficiencies from the aspects of doctor’s non-skill defects,lack of health awareness and the lack of prevention and control of chronic diseases and put forward feasible suggestions.Health management service is the direction of medical service transformation,an effective way to relieve the relationship between doctors and patients,a good way to prevent and control chronic diseases and the basic mode of modern hospital management innovation.In the new era,providing health management service in modern hospital management is quite scientific,important and urgent.
