朋辈教育视角下学业辅导应用研究——以大连理工大学城市学院为例

摘　　要：将朋辈教育的理念引入到学业辅导工作中,有助于引导大学生充分发挥主观能动性,以大连理工大学城市学院为例,如何培养学生以及培养什么样的学生是本文主要研究的内容,通过朋辈教育让学生变被动学习为主动学习的过程。依据大连理工大学城市学院工作实践为例,近而探索大学生朋辈教育视角下学业辅导的意义和实践模式。It is helpful to introduce peer education to academic counseling work,guiding students to give full play to their initiative.This study takes the City College of Dalian University of Technology as an example,focusing on how and whom to cultivate and develop as the main content.It proves that students change from passive learning to active learning process through peer education.Based on the work of City College of Dalian University of Technology as an example,it explores the significance and practice mode of academic counseling of college students from the perspective of peer education.
