摘　　要：目的探讨大学生非自杀性自伤(NSSI)的检出特征及负性生活事件对NSSI的影响。方法以南昌某大学为现场实施现况调查,通过自编调查问卷、渥太华自伤量表和青少年生活事件量表收集3854名大学生的信息,使用EpiData 3.1建立数据库,并采用SPSS20.0软件进行数据的分析。结果共393人(10.2%)检出NSSI,未见性别和专业差异(P>0.05)。具有NSSI者的负性生活事件总分、因子分、各条目分均高于非NSSI者,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.001);多因素Logistic回归分析显示,考试失败或成绩不理想、恋爱不顺利或失恋、升学或考研压力是NSSI的独立危险因素。结论负性生活事件对非自杀性自伤有一定的影响。Objective To explore the characteristics of non-suicidal self-injury(NSSI)and the effects of negative life events on NSSI among college students.Methods An cross-sectional investigation was conducted to collect the information of 3854 college students by using self-designed questionnaire,Ottawa Self-Injury Inventory and adolescent life event scale in a university in Nanchang.EpiData 3.1 was used to establish the database,and the data were analyzed by SPSS20.0 software.Results NSSI behaviors were found in 393(10.2%)of the 3854 college students,and no significant differences were found between different gender and major groups(P>0.05).The scores of negative life events,factors and individual items in NSSI group were significantly higher than those in non-NSSI group(P<0.001).Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that failure in test or poor grades,disappointed love and academic or graduate record examination pressure were the independent risk factors for NSSI.Conclusion Negative life events have influences on NSSI behaviors.
