摘　　要：皮肤老化包括由遗传因素和(或)不可抗力因素引起自然老化和由环境因素主要是紫外线引起的光老化。人参具有独特而广泛的药用价值,含有很多生物活性物质,其主要活性成分为人参皂苷。本文回顾了近年来国内外学者关于人参皂苷抗皮肤衰老提出的最新观点,表明人参皂苷具有抗光氧化、抗皮肤衰老、清除自由基及免疫刺激作用,可有效防止皮肤的光老化。预测随着现代天然药物提取技术的提高,以及人参皂苷抗皮肤衰老研究的深入,将更好地推动天然药物防护皮肤光老化制剂的开发与应用。Skin aging includes natural aging caused by genetic and/or force majeure factors,and photoaging resulted from ultraviolet light and other environmental factors.Ginseng has unique and extensive pharmacological value and contains lots of bioactive substances,of which ginsenosides are the main active ingredients.This paper reviews the recent literature about the anti-photoaging effects of ginsenosides.The latest view shows that ginsenoside has properties of anti-photooxidation,anti-aging,scavenging free radicals and immune stimulation and can effectively prevent skin photoaging.With the innovation of pharmaceutical extraction technology and further research on the anti-aging effect of ginsenosides,it is of great significance to the development and application of natural anti-photoaging preparations.
