摘　　要：发展中国家的外籍学生来华接受高等医学教育已成为近年医学院校教育工作的一个重要组成部分。由于外籍学生原籍地具有浓厚的英美殖民地文化背景,在生理学教学中对教材的选择与国内学生有所不同。本文以心肌细胞膜极化状态为例,对各版本教材中不同阐述进行了比较。如何在教学中解答外籍学生这一疑惑,并将这种理解差异以最科学的方式加以妥当的说明是对教师基础知识水平及教学能力的一种考验。Foreign students from developing countries have come to China to receive higher medical education,which has become an important part of the educational work of medical colleges and universities in recent years.As a result of foreign students'recognition of the geographical and island culture,Hainan Island received more students from South Asia and Arabia.Because of the strong cultural background of the British and American colonies,the selection of teaching materials in the teaching of physiology is different from that of the domestic students.After preparing lessons and teaching materials for important knowledge points in the textbooks of South India and Arabia students,it is found that there are discrepancy between some important basic concepts and the corresponding knowledge points of mainstream medical textbooks in Chinese medical universities.In this paper,the polarization state of myocardial cell membrane is taken as an example,and the different editions of different versions are compared.How to answer the puzzle of foreign students in teaching and explain the difference in the most scientific way is a test for teachers'basic knowledge level and teaching ability.
