舒芬太尼在腹部肿瘤外科手术麻醉中的应用体会

摘　　要：目的实验分析在腹部肿瘤外科手术麻醉中应用舒芬太尼的效果,总结使用体会。方法将本院2016年3月—2017年3月收治的腹部肿瘤外科手术患者50例,作为实验研究的对象,利用随机法将其分成两组,分别为实验组25例,对照组25例。实验组患者在手术的过程中,利用舒芬太尼进行麻醉,对照组患者采用常规的方式进行麻醉,观察两组患者手术麻醉的效果。结果实验组患者的麻醉效果,显著优于对照组,患者自主呼吸时间、苏醒时间以及拔出气管的时间显著缩短,患者的疼痛感较对照组明显降低,两组差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论与常规的麻醉方式相比,舒芬太尼对腹部肿瘤外科手术患者的麻醉效果更好,可显著降低患者的疼痛感,可在临床治疗中进行应用。Objective To analyze the effect of sufentanil in the anaesthesia of abdominal tumor surgery and summarize the experience.Methods 50 cases of abdominal tumor surgery patients from March 2016 to March 2017 in our hospital were selected as experimental subjects.They were randomly divided into two groups,25 in the experimental group and 25 in the control group.The patients in the experimental group were anesthetized by sufentanil during the operation,while the control group received routine anesthesia.The effect of anesthesia in the two groups was observed.Results The anesthetic effect of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group.The time of spontaneous breathing,recovery time and the time of pulling out the trachea were significantly shorter than those of the control group.The pain of patients in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with the conventional anesthesia,sufentanil has better anesthetic effect for patients undergoing abdominal tumor surgery,and can significantly reduce the pain of patients.
