摘　　要：目的研究分析心脏外科术后患者重返重症监护病房的原因及危险因素。方法对2009年1月—2017年6月来我院就诊且接受心脏外科手术后又重返重症监护病房的27例患者进行全面调研分析,对患者重返重症监护病房的引发原因以及危险因素等进行全面总结和分析,并针对性制定完善的预防治疗措施。结果 27例心脏外科术后患者重返重症监护病房的原因主要包括:严重心律失常、术后呼吸衰竭、术前肾功能损伤严重、术后活动性出血等,这些都是可能引发心脏外科术后患者重返重症监护病房的危险因素。结论已经实施心脏外科手术的患者有很多潜在的危险因素会导致其重返重症监护病房,进而严重影响患者的身心健康,严重时还会引发心力衰竭或者死亡等,所以要高度重视,加强对心脏外科术后患者的全方位护理,针对可能存在的问题等进行全面研究,一旦发现不适立即引导患者来院就诊,进行定期复查,从而全面提高生存质量,降低复发或者其他并发症发生的可能性。Objective To study and analyze the causes and risk factors of patients returning to intensive care unit after cardiac surgery.Methods A total of 27 patients who came to our hospital from January 2009 to June 2017 and returned to the intensive care unit after cardiac surgery were investigated and analyzed comprehensively.The causes and risk factors of the patients returned to the intensive care unit were summarized and analyzed,and the preventive and treatment measures were made.Results 27 patients returned to ICU after cardiac surgery included severe arrhythmias,postoperative respiratory failure,severe preoperative renal impairment,and postoperative active bleeding,which were all risk factors that could lead to the return of patients after cardiac surgery to the intensive care unit.Conclusion There are many potential risk factors for patients who have undergone cardiac surgery,which will lead to their return to the ICU,which will seriously affect the physical and mental health of the patients and cause heart failure or death in severe cases.In order to improve the quality of life and reduce the possibility of recurrence or other complications,a comprehensive study can be made.
