颌面部骨折患者围手术期护理分析

摘　　要：目的分析颌面部骨折患者围手术期护理相关内容。方法选取2016年6月—2017年6月我院收治的颌面部骨折84例,将其平均分为两个小组,观察组患者进行综合护理,对照组患者进行常规护理,对比两组患者的护理效果。结果观察组患者护理优良率高于对照组,患者的护理满意度高于对照组,数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对颌面部骨折患者进行围手术期综合护理能够促进病情好转,提高护理满意度。Objective To analyze the perioperative nursing of patients with maxillofacial fractures.Methods From June 2016 to June 2017,84 cases of maxillofacial fractures admitted to our hospital were divided into two groups.The patients in the observation group were given comprehensive nursing care.The patients in the control group were given routine nursing care.The nursing effect of two groups of patients was compared.Results The excellent nursing rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group.The nursing satisfaction of the patients in the observation group was higher than that in the control group.The data showed statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Perioperative comprehensive nursing for patients with maxillofacial fractures can improve the condition and improve the nursing satisfaction.
