摘　　要：目的研究PDCA循环管理法在手术室护理管理中的应用价值。方法对2015年1月—2017年12月在我院进行手术治疗的90例患者进行研究,对其实施PDCA循环管理,比较实施前后患者的不良反应发生率以及手术室综合评分。结果 PDCA护理后患者的不良反应发生率以及手术室综合评分等对比数据均明显优于护理前,对比结果为P<0.05,差异存在统计学意义。结论将PDCA循环管理法应用在手术室护理管理中,能够有效提高护理质量,降低患者不良反应的发生率。Objective To study the application value of PDCA cycle management in operation room nursing management.Methods A total of 90 patients undergoing operation in our hospital from January 2015 to December 2017 were studied.The PDCA cycle management was applied,and the incidence of adverse reactions before and after implementation and the comprehensive score of operation room were compared.Results The incidence of adverse reaction of PDCA after nursing and the comprehensive score of operation room were obviously superior to those before nursing,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion The application of PDCA cycle management in operation room nursing management can effectively improve the quality of nursing and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
