摘　　要：目的探讨应用PDCA循环促进人工流产后患者满意度的提高,不断改善护理质量,促进社会和谐。方法门诊随机收集200例行人工流产的患者分为对照组100例及实验组100例,对照组进行常规护理管理,实验组应用PDCA循环管理对患者进行关怀,采用自制问卷通过电话对两组患者分阶段进行随访,调查人工流产后患者对护理工作满意度和目前生活质量的满意度。结果应用PDCA循环管理后,对照组及实验组患者对我院护理服务满意度评分为(88.9±1.2)分、(96.0±1.9)分,对照组及实验组患者对目前生活满意度评分为(81.9±0.4)分、(92.2±1.5)分,差异有统计学意义。结论 PDCA循环作为开展质量管理活动中重要的科学工作程序,能够形成较为标准的应用体系,提高护理管理质量。Objective To explore the application of PDCA cycle to promote the improvement of patient satisfaction after induced abortion,improve nursing quality and promote social harmony.Methods A total of 200 cases of induced abortion were randomly divided into control group(100 cases)and experimental group(100 cases).The control group was treated with routine nursing management.The experimental group used PDCA cycle management to care for patients.Two groups of patients were followed up by a self-made questionnaire to investigate the satisfaction of nursing job satisfaction and the quality of life of the patients after abortion.Results After the application of PDCA circulation management,the score of nursing service satisfaction in the control group and the experimental group was(88.9±1.2)and(96±1.9).The life satisfaction score of the control group and the experimental group was(81.9±0.4)and(92.2±1.5)respectively,the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion PDCA cycle is an important scientific working procedure in quality management activities,which can form a more standard application system and improve the quality of nursing management.
