摘 要:为了设计一种高灵敏度乙醇检测装置,采用一个简单且环境友好型的方法——一锅合成法制备了铂掺杂的Ni/C-N复合催化剂,并采用高分辨率透射电子显微镜(HRTEM)和X射线衍射(XRD)对材料的结构、形貌进行了表征,结果显示平均尺寸约16.8 nm的Ni纳米颗粒均匀分散在碳基体上,呈立方体状,且催化剂中Pt的质量分数低至0.01%.通过循环伏安等电化学测试方法研究催化剂对乙醇的电催化和传感性能.结果表明:在碱性环境下,所得催化剂对乙醇有较好的电催化活性,具有高的灵敏度37.4μA m(mol/L)^(-1)·cm^(-1)和较宽的检测范围(0.85~444 mmol/L),并且在多种电活性物质的存在下具有优异的选择性.To design a highly sensitive ethanol detection device,a platinum-doped Ni/C-N composite catalyst was prepared in a simple and eco-friendly method(one-pot synthesis).The structure and morphologies of the materials were characterized by high resolution transmission electron microscopy(HRTEM)and X-ray diffraction(XRD).The results show that nickel nanoparticles with an average size of about 16.8 nm were uniformly dispersed on the carbon subsrate,and the mass percentage of Pt in the catalyst is as low as 0.01%.The electrocatalysis and sensing properties of the catalysts on ethanol were studied by cyclic voltammetry and other electrochemical tests.In alkaline solution,the synthesized materials have good electrocatalytic activity for ethanol with high sensitivity(37.4μA m(mol/L)-1·cm-1)and wide detection range(0.85-444 mmol/L),and has excellent selectivity in the presence of various electroactive substances.
