糖尿病肾病诊断中联合检测尿微量白蛋白、糖化血红蛋白的价值探究

摘　　要：目的:探究Hb Alc联合m Alb诊断DKD的价值。方法:将2016.1至2018.1在郑州市第七人民医院治疗的120例DKD患者作为DKD组,选择120例单纯糖尿病患者作为本研究的NDKD组,比较NDKD组与DKD组的m Alb水平、Hb Alc水平,分析m Alb与Hb Alc单独、联合诊断DKD的阳性率。结果:NDKD组的Hb Alc、m Alb水平均明显低于DKD组;Hb Alc诊断DKD阳性109例,检出率90.83%;m Alb诊断DKD阳性112例,检出率93.33%;联合诊断DKD阳性116例,检出率96.67%。结论:联合m Alb与Hb Alc可有效筛查、诊断DKD。Objective:To explore the value of HbAlc combined with mAlb in the diagnosis of DKD.Methods:120 patients with DKD treated in our hospital were selected as DKD group,and 120 patients with diabetes mellitus were selected as NDKD group in this study.The mAlb level and HbAlc level in NDKD group and DKD group were compared.Results:The level of HbAlc mAlb in NDKD group was significantly lower than that in DKD group(90.83%,P<0.05).The positive rate of DKD was 93.33%and the positive rate of DKD was 96.67%.Conclusion:The combination of mAlb and HbAlc can be used to screen and diagnose DKD effectively.
