摘  要:通过改变发动机配气相位,实现不同气门重叠角方案,研究不同气门重叠角大小对发动机各项性能的影响关系.利用GT-Power软件建立了某款天然气掺氢发动机仿真模型,分析了两种配气方案下气门重叠角对发动机扭矩、排放的影响规律,最终确定发动机在全负荷工况时1 400 r/min和2 300 r/min转速下配气方案2对应20°CA气门重叠角为最佳研究方案,该研究方法为气门重叠角的实际应用提供理论指导.By changing the gas phase of the engine to achieve different valve overlap angle,we study the effect of valve overlap angle on engine performance in this paper.GT-Power software is used to establish the simulation model of engine fueled with natural gas hydrogen blends.The effects of two kinds of valve overlap angle on engine torque and emission were investigated.And valve timing case 2 which corresponds to 20°CA valve overlap angle finally is determined on the condition of the whole load of 1400r/min and 2300r/min as the best research program.The study provides theoretical guidance for the application of the valve overlap angle.
