摘  要:目的探讨不同成分血液保存液对库存血液K^+及pH值的影响。方法选取无菌试管20只均分为实验组(A)、对照组(B)。A组1~10管中分别加入丙氨酰谷氨酰胺稀释液0.756 ml及血液保存液Ⅲ0.42 ml,B组1~10管分别加入血液保存液Ⅲ0.42 ml;选择同性别无偿献血人员10名,采集未抗凝静脉血,分别对应加入A、B两组试管中各3 ml,4~6℃保存;采血后第10、21、35天分别检测A、B两组血浆K^+含量,第10、35天分别检测A、B两组pH值,并予以统计分析。结果 K^+含量检测:不同检测时间A组分别为6.622±0.911、5.758±0.707、4.092±0.470,B组分别为7.754±1.045、5.455±1.042、3.990±0.770,各检测时间之间K^+含量均存在显著性差异(P<0.05);第10天检测K^+含量A、B两组间存在显著性差异(P<0.05),A组显著低于B组,其余时间K^+含量差异不显著(P>0.05)。pH值检测:不同检测时间A组分别为7.190±0.072、6.535±0.044,B组分别为7.264±0.068、6.638±0.061,检测时间之间pH值差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),检测组间pH值差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论血液保存液Ⅲ中按比例添加丙氨酰谷氨酰胺对储存红细胞具有显著保护作用,对储存血液K^+和pH值具有显著性影响,可改善红细胞生存条件及代谢环境。Objective To study the influences of different components blood preservation liquid on the K+and pH of banked blood.Methods Twenty sterile tubes were divided into two groups,i.e experimental group and control group(n=10).The 0.42ml blood preservation solutionⅢwas added into each tube in both groups.Additionally,the 0.756ml alanyl-glutamine solution was further added into each tube of experimental group.The 3ml of venous blood from clinical donors was preserved in each tube of both groups at 4-6℃.The K+in the plasma of each tube was detected on the 10,21 and 35th day,and the pH of each tube was detected on the 10,35th day for analysis.Results K+content detection:the amount of K+in experimental group and control group were respectively(6.622±0.911 vs 7.754±1.045),(5.758±0.707 vs 5.455±1.042),and(4.092±0.470 vs 3.990±0.770)on the 10,21 and 35th day.In different testing time to detect the contents of K+there were significant differences(P<0.05),significant difference between group A,B on the 10th day(P<0.05),which was lower in the expermental group than that of control group,K+content difference was not significant at other time points(P>0.05).pH detection:the amount of pH in experimental group and control group were respectively(7.190±0.072 vs 7.264±0.068)and(6.535±0.044 vs 6.638±0.061)on the 10,35th day.The results between groups at each time point were significantly different(P<0.05).Conclusion The alanyl-glutamine in preservation solutionⅢis proven to have protective effect on the red blood cells of storage,and significant influence on the K+and pH of storage blood,and can improve red blood cell survival condition and metabolism environment.
